Foam pads to help fill in spaces in shoes, or if one foot is slightly bigger than other. Can also keep the foot in place to prevent heel chafing and blisters.

A thin covering of suede provides added comfort. Self-adhesive. 

To Use 

Thick upper towards top of shoe at back by heel, remove film and press firmly into place.

For one foot, slightly bigger than other one - insert into smaller foot, try one. Maybe 2 if 1 size difference in foot.
