Upon us receiving your order
- You will be emailed a form.
- Please complete the form with exact details that you wish to have on your keepsake.
- Making sure to check all details thoroughly 

You will receive an email confirmation showing agreed design for confirmation. 
Once design is agreed by you, your order can then be actioned.  So a prompt response ensures receiving your keepsake in a timely manner. All orders must be prepaid.

Once we recieve your confirmation by email there will be No refunds.
